Individual Donation Levels: Includes Website Recognition Triple - $75 Double - $50 Single - $25

Grand Slam Sponsor- $500 Hole Sponsorship: a sign on your tee recognizing you and/or your business as the sponsor of that hole, website recognition, and sponsor banner with other Grand Slam Sponsors at the golf outing and on the exterior fence at Fishers High School baseball stadium.

 

Homerun (Hole) Sponsor - $250 for Hole Sponsorship: a sign on your tee recognizing you and/or your business as the sponsor of that hole and Website Recognition.
